Our four-step diagnostics process is built on rigorous academic and field research combined with strategic know-how and practical experience.

Why

Working with your team, we discover the ‘why?’ behind your current approach to Wellbeing, including what you are currently doing, the ambitions you have for your investment and the challenges you seek to overcome. ​We will gather data and documentation, conduct interviews with your Senior Leaders & Wellbeing Practitioners and analyze our findings.

We will deliver a summary report on where we see the biggest opportunities and make recommendations for your next steps.

Identify

Our integrated diagnostics system places equal emphasis on the wellbeing of your people and your organization and provides clarity on how they interact.

The core remains the same for all organizations to ensure a comprehensive diagnosis is possible. However, following the information we gather through the ‘Why’ phase we will adapt our system to ensure the areas of greatest opportunity and risk are covered in greater depth.
