Biography

Bobbi is a social scientist and organisational advisor focused on workforce risk, organisational health, and leadership impact.

She is the Founder and CEO of WellWise, helping organisations understand the workplace conditions shaping employee resilience, engagement, and performance. Through the WellWise People Risk Diagnostic, Bobbi works with leadership teams to identify hidden workforce risks and translate insight into measurable organisational improvement.

Bobbi’s work sits at the intersection of human behaviour and business performance. Her research and advisory work explores how organisational structures, leadership dynamics, and cultural environments influence both human sustainability and organisational outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Education and an EMBA, and has lived and worked internationally for over a decade. This global perspective informs her work with organisations seeking to better understand how culture, leadership, and organisational systems shape workforce outcomes.
